Prepare a ClickHouse cluster for multi-tenant writes, provision a tenant with riptide onboard, add the rollups or the dead-letter table to an older deployment, rotate a secret, and offboard.
Migrate a deployment onboarded before the rename
Move a tenant from the instance-wide writer_<tenant> and bi_<tenant> accounts to the database-qualified ones without downtime, close each database to the old roles with revoke-legacy, then drop the roles.
